How is Pilates different from yoga or other workouts?
Pilates focuses on strength, stability, and core control, while yoga leans more toward flexibility and mindfulness. It’s low impact but highly effective for posture and functional movement, making it a great complement to other workouts.
Wear light, comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and wear socks (grip socks are recommended for stability).
Pilates builds lean strength and definition rather than burning high calories. Paired with cardio and good nutrition, it supports weight management while improving tone, posture, and flexibility.
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week to build strength, posture, and flexibility. Even once a week brings benefits, but consistency is key to seeing real progress.
